Easy to install on all dock types with (2) standard 3/8-inch carriage bolts (not included). Price is fair for what you get. However if putting this item on a dock, they are a bit too small.

We attached this to our aluminum dock to tie off our 12' fishing boat and 16' pontoon. Perfect size and easy to use. The cleats to not come with fasteners; if you buy these cleats measure the thickness of your dock in order to buy the correct length carriage bolts. The fold down feature is fantastic... kids can run and jump off the dock without stubbing their toes.
