I got this to use as a footrest under my desk, and I'm loving it. Can keep my feet and legs moving, which is a big bonus, but it's also cool to bare feet (summer thermostat set at 83 in AZ) and easy to clean. I'm not tall, and it might not work as well for somebody who is, but inflating it less might make it work just fine. It was easy to blow up with the pump included, and there's also a spare plug and device for removing the plug.

Turns out it barely fits a normal sized 130 pound person .. let alone anything bigger. What a solid bad choice to buy this. It sits as junk in the corner because it is so small only a child can use it. I would had sent back but I had a ruff needed surgery that had me down longer than I wished. So I am stuck with this small seriously only for children 3 to 6 yrs old thing.

I purchased this as a sensory tool for my grandson who has autism. He bounces on it constantly and loves it. I live in an apartment so perfect alternative to having a trampoline.

I wanted something that took up very little space, and this fit the bill. I'm 5'4" so it's not too big or too small for my frame, and is better quality than expected.

The kids always manage to "borrow" my yoga ball for sitting on and bouncing while playing video games. When I got this, I liked that it does not roll around. Now the kids are still trying to borrow it, but I'm able to keep track of it and I'm using it daily for basic core exercises. I love that it came with a sheet of exercises. I have laminated it so it will last longer.The weight limit is 1100 pounds, so it is completely safe to stand on for balance work too. One thing I really like is the height. It is lower than a regular workout ball, so it seems the stretches and exercises I'm doing are a little easier to do, and for that I'm grateful.
