it was welded together upside down, so the holes don't line up for the supports or the teeth are on the bottom and the log just slides off.whoever welded it only got about half the weld actually on the joints.

Unfortunately, when I received the package it was quite damaged. None of the pieces were damaged, but after starting to put it together, I was missing some nuts and bolts. I emailed the company and they quickly sent me more than I was missing. I put it together the rest of the way and it works well. It seems to be well made, so I expect that it will hold up well to the rigors of dealing with trees.
