First of all I will say that the axle in general is a good quality product as I have purchased for the other side 4 years ago. However, the outer diameter of the CV Joint is much larger on this shaft causing clearing issues as stated in another review. The outer CV Clamp struck the lower ball joint causing it to tare off. Luckily the boot was undamaged and I was able to grind the top of the lower ball joint and replace the clamp to make clearance. SO, If you do not have the appropriate tools as I did to replace the clamp, I would suggest taking a close look at your clearance prior to driving. If I had, it would have saved me another 45min to a hour to repair the shaft.

Hub side boot band crimp was too high to clear top of bottom ball joint. Band caught and broke first tire rotation.
