I have been using these cushions for my antique wood chairs. They are narrower, so they fit my chairs perfectly. The foam is firm and provides a soft and comfortable surface to sit on. People have complained that my chairs were too hard, now they are very comfortable to sit on. They were easy to tie to the back, and the underside kept them from sliding. I bought four initially and am considering two more to cover all of my chairs.

My dad sits on two of them when he does his puzzles. It puts him up a little higher on his chair to see better. And they are soft enough to soften his wooden chair. I would probably like them thicker better.

Product arrived early, which was nice. Cushions come two to a pack. I ordered three of those for six chairs. When I opened the box each two pack was in a roll and when I unpacked the one roll I was extremely disappointed. They seemed thin, wrinkled and I just didn't think that the foam would straighten itself out. Instructions said to let sit for 24 hours, so I decided to only open the one and wait.OMG, a couple hours later I happened to go past the two chair cushions I put out and they were perfect, they raised in the level of foam, they filled out the chair and the wrinkles were gone. I proceeded to open up the other cushions and put them all on the chairs, cut the ribbon ties and attached. It's been several hours now and my cushions look amazing.These are 14x14 cushions which they claim are for metal chairs. I have old fashioned wood dining room with a curved back chair which is impossible to find a normal cushion to fit because they're all too big. Also, they have the built-in gripper for the bottom to hold secure, plus the ties for extra security. They are machine washable by removing the cover. The color I ordered was beige. I was having a difficult time finding the right shade. I didn't want it to be too light. This beige is a combination of a deeper beige and a lighter tan, just perfect.I give this a five-star and a must buy, great quality, quickly received and a good price.
