They are round, good grit, fit my sander. Easy to replace,well that is once you have scraped off the old.. (. What I did was pull off as much as possible started scraping after 10 -15 minutes I had enough of that craziness. I decided I'd grab a spray bottle add nice warm (teetering on hot) adding about 1/2 tbsp of dawn gently shake, you don't want to many bubbles. Sprayed heavily on remainder of old disc I let it soak in then scraped again and wallah all removed. Wiped disc down well).These stick very well. Easy to attach. Worth the money. Multiple in pack. Will definitely order again!

Very thin material, the disks are not flat, with very weak glue that does not hold.The sanding disk, that I installed, fall off from the plate, in less then 5 hours, without grinding anything, turn on the sanding machine.I return them.
