These are everything that's already been said... Flexible, size adjustable with sturdy clips. That is where I am concerned. Instead of being fully enclosed and protected from water, there is an opening where you can see bare metal. Metal like the kind that is used on clips that hang pants. Which these will rust eventually. I will just have to make sure the little pocket they fit into is thoroughly dried after each use. Make sure the visible metal part of the clip is located on the outside of the pot to prevent possibility of harmful metals or chemicals getting leached into your food from pouring hot liquid past them. Metal part does not contact any surface of the pot. I assume the metal clip being visible is due to ease of inserting clip into strainer during manufacturing process.

These work better than I thought they would. Holds secure to pot edge. Dishwasher safe. We are happy with them.
