Radiator was for a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville. Fit perfectly. Be sure to tighten coolant fittings before securing your metal tubes to it. It also came with 4 clips. Radiator cap was not included. Old one fit fine onto new radiator.Installation was a pain, but not due to radiator, due to whomever engineered the vehicle. Some bolts, clips and clamp tighteners were a headache to work with.Just installed today, no leaks. Will xlrrpost if any changes. Item also arrived a few days early which was perfect for me.

I didn’t get a chance to install this until after 30 days of my purchase so I had no chance of returning it. Plus I needed it installed no matter what, the day I opened it. Right out of the box the overflow hose valve was broken and laying in the bottom of the box only to find a trace pf glue on it. The plastic is so thin. No wonder it broke. The hole is stupid tiny. It should be closer to a 3/8” hole compared to the original radiator. So JB weld it is and hand drilling the hole bigger so I don’t break the glued valve off.Ugh. We’ll see how long it last. Very poor quality radiator.

Radiator works great car no longer overheats. Everything is to spec as the original one. I was very glad to see the transmission cooler inlet and outlet came with new clips for the lines as both of them popped off when removing them. I was able to find 1 of them but not the other. I was going to make a trip to local auto store to purchase new ones until I saw the new Radiator had 2 new clips on it.

It works, but it's not correct.1. The hooks that hold the fan assembly on the rear, and the AC condenser on the front are not in the right place. I had to use a hacksaw to cut the fan assembly bracket to make it fit. The AC condenser is only held by one of the hooks and two cap screws.2. The lower coolant stub is smaller than it should be. The hose and spring clamp slid on and off with no resistance. I got a worm gear clamp and tightened it down good. It seems to have collapsed the hose enough that it won't leak.3. The transmission cooler fittings were screwed in hand tight. Yes, I should have checked them before installing the radiator, but if they weren't going to screw them in properly, they should have just left them loose so you would know. Kind of a pain to get to them after the radiator is installed. With all these little problems, I'm hoping it will at least last decent, but it doesn't give me confidence in the build quality.

Old radiator had a very small leak in one of the core tubes. So I guess after 15 years these aluminum radiators corrode due to electrolysis? (I dunno, I ain't no chemist). Anyway, I got this new one and it fit fine. Some people here have complained about the port between the 2 transmission lines not plugged. Mine came with a plug in it so no problem there.Tip: I couldn't get pliers on the clamp (too tight space) holding the upper end (on engine ) of the lower hose (passenger side). So I removed the ignition module (2 nuts underneath) and made the job much easier. I say, What a Bargain! Only $80 for a radiator delivered from Texas by Fedex. They must be overstocked or got these for pennies on the dollar.Radiator is installed and working fine - No leaks!Hoses for this car: Less than $10 ea. !Dayco 71779 Upper Curved Radiator Hose, BlackDayco 71500 Curved Radiator Hose (Lower)

The radiator looks good looks like it would fit. Unfortunately I received it damaged from UPS. A big tear in the box and a big ding on the fins. I know it's not the radiator companies fault.
