Two stars because this gauge make a low, but very annoying burring/grinding noise while operating. I wrote Auto Meter Tech about this noise and was told it's normal as it's the gears from the stepper motor. Really? Nice that this is not mentioned anywhere in their product flack sheet or product description. I suspect that's because then people might not buy it!I have seen other analog A/F gauges that do not make this noise, but I purchased Auto Meter because of their reputation for quality. The quality of the meter kit, itself, and the O2 sender are very good, as is the accuracy of its function, so if a noise like this does not bother you, or the radio is up loud, then have at it, but for me, I will only install a digital gauge the next time out, and not an Auto Meter.
