I bought this guage so it would blend in with my stock interior. I have had the original Phantoms in other projects, and really liked them, and was happy to see this newer version with LED's.This is the typical Autometer quality, well built, well thought out and great looks. I will caution potential buyers: the LED's on these units are pretty bright, and in their default configuration are not dimmable. BUT... Autometer has an LED dimming module (Available on Amazon here: http://amzn.to/1y8TurF ) that works absolutely perfect for dimming these gauges, as well as any LED lit gauge.I ended up buying the dimmer module and was surprised to see that it allowed me to use my OEM dimming controls to adjust the brightness of the guages. Once I had the brightness under control, this guage was perfect. They look exactly as pictured in the photos, and I am really happy with them.
