It was very easy for my wife and I to install following an install video as we went. I'm very pleased with how it is so snug on my hood and knowing it will protect it from rocks, etc....I recently had a new hood put on and this is how I'm protecting the leading edge. Another advantage to the Aeroskin type is that the automatic car wash we use won't be able to break it or tear it off, to which, they waive all liability in an incident such as that.

I really like that this product is flat to the surface due to having a hood ornament, therefor it does not obstruct the hood ornament's (head-on) view like other products that have a gradual rise... Like others have stated the packaging could have been a bit better (this would be my only complaint), overall I am pleased with the purchase...

I never installed this product because I returned it the next day. The fit was mediocre at best, but the reason I returned it was because it looked awful. Its just a strip of plastic that has double stick tape all around the edges. It just looked really cheap and tacky. Weathertech has a better fit and worth the extra few bucks.

For $50 I can’t argue with the fit even though I think it’s just a hair long. I don’t think it’ll do anything for stopping bugs but I do think it will help with chips from rocks.
