This pump is awesome. Used it to drain blow up kid (mini) pools and it did just that. It was easy to use and it worked fast. Cleared out all the water and didn’t overheat. It leaves about less than an inch. The exit tube is adjustable to face any direction so it is easy to attach to a plastic adjustable hose. Made of really good material. Lightweight too.

This is a terrific deal on an automatic bilge pump. This is the ideal choice for a small boat or dingy. Always on so that you don't need to stress if the boat is left in the water during a rain storm. Small form factor minimizes the space requirement. The incorporated float switch avoids the additional wiring requirements of a traditional style pump and float.

I ordered this as a backup to the factory bilge pump in my 7 year old boat. The new pump appears to be a direct replacement so installation should be easy. There is a built in float that automatically actives the pump whenever there is 1.5-2.0 inches of water in the bilge. The pump has three wires: One to wire hot to the battery so that pump will automatically activate, one wire to connect to the switch so you can operate the bilge pump from the dash, and a negative wire to complete the circuit to the battery. At 1100 gallons per hour flow rate, this pump is sufficient for most boats up to 28 feet. The pump appears to be well built, durable, and has both manual and automatic operation to keep you safe on the water.

Great replacement for my boat. My boat had an old bilge pump without the automatic float. I was going to add the float in but there just isn't enough room to mount both pieces. This fits perfect and is easy to wire up. It has more volume than my old pump, spraying water out much faster. It seems to be very well made and secures easily to the boat. I am thinking of picking up a spare just in case to have on board.

Great item. I had one installed and needed an external switch to operate it. The switch was really intermittent. This one installed in the place of it and uses half the space of the old pump and switch. It also seems to work more constantly.Lets just hope this lasts.

This automatic submersible bilge pump is as described in the online product description. The specifications printed on the box and those in the included written Installation Instructions are not exactly consistent with the pump label or the online specs ( which agree). The pump label says to use a 6 amp fuse. The box says to use a 5 amp fuse. The written Installation Instructions don't specify a fuse size. The advertised Delivery Head is also slightly different. The box and written instructions say a 2.5 meter head. The online description says a 3 meter head. In use, this pump moves a lot of water. The online advertised 3 meter head is realistic. The advertised auto start level of 2" of water is accurate, as is the auto stop of approx. 3/4". The bottom of the impeller is 3/8" above the strainer base. The pump body snaps and unsnaps easily onto the strainer base for easy cleaning. There is also a test knob on the pump to allow checking proper operation of the float switch. The pump can be wired either as a manual start/stop (using the solid brown wire) pump via an external switch, as an auto start/stop pump (using the brown w/white strip wire), or it can be wired thru an external 3-way switch to allow either mode. The black wire connects to the negative battery terminal regardless. The included right-angle fitting, if used, is press-fit into the pump outlet, with only friction keeping it attached. The included Pump Installation Instructions are pretty poorly written. However, the information needed can be obtained from them without a lot of effort, especially if you are already familiar with general bilge pump mounting approaches. The pump itself works really well. I have no complaints with actual pump operation. Documentation, however, could be improved.
