I love this automatic feeder. We haven't had pets for a few years and I hated having to get up early in the morning to feed our dog. This automatic feeder solved that problem for me. It is easy to program and my cats come running when they hear the food dropping into the bowls. I love that it can all be programmed through the app on my phone. The "feed number" is sort of hard to understand how much it is actually feeding but it was just a process of experimenting with different numbers to find the right amount for my kitties. Super easy to reprogram.

Thought it was great until it stopped pairing with the app. Cats weren’t fed. And I can’t contact support.

I previously had a single bowl pet libro automatic feeder for 4 years for 2 dachshunds. They of course had mad fights and were engulfing it to beat the other with the food. I also had a few issues with its functionality that was degrading over time (backup battery not working and the plug connection constantly becoming loose). I upgraded to the double bowl pet libro but returned bc I didn’t care for how it unevenly dispensed the 2 portions and didn’t care for the slower dispensing, all it did was make the dogs more territorial. I went with this brand and am so happy so far. I like how it quickly dispenses the portions and after 4-5 trials while setting it up, I am happy to report that the machine EVENLY dispenses the programmed amount into each bowl. I basically just measured what 1 portion dispenses and calculated from there. When programming, whatever portion you choose is the portion dispensed into EACH bowl. It was super easy to set up on the app, as I use the smart life app for other electronics in my home. I would also like to note that I like the divider and 6L base. The feeder I used for 4 years held 6L of food as well and replacements were difficult to find in this size (most come in only 3.5-5L). It came with 2 sizes of leg elevators as well, however do not have a current need for them. Happy customer and happy dachshunds.

This came with the wrong directions. They were for a one feeder, not two. I set it up as best as I could but it would not connect to WiFi no matter how many times I tried. The product itself seems of good quality though which is why I am sad it did not work right. I couldn't figure out to set the time for food and such but when I messaged the seller they were incredibly understanding and apologetic and offered a refund. It might have just been a bad egg in the batch - who knows. I appreciate the seller being so nice though! Update: 6/6/24. The seller was very nice and refunded me. My friend purchased the same product and it works great for her.

This is very good automatic cat feeder, easy to set up and adjust feedings from phone. No problems encountered at all. Love it, make life easier and you can record a message for your cats before the food is dispensed.

I have 2 cats and one is a savage while the other has no backbone. I've been using a single bowl auto feeder for several years and it works perfect, but my one cat towers over the entire bowl while she eats and my other cat just sits there til she's done. When I saw the dual bowl option, paired with wifi, I couldn't wait to try it. It took a bit to set up since I kept hitting the wrong buttons, then had to start over since I cleared out the memory by accident. The cats were a bit timid by the stainless sound, but got over it quickly. I had to position them at each bowl and within a few days, they had it down. The stainless bowls are removable, which is what I loved. Much easier to clean, but if the sound is an issue for those who feel it's too loud, you can use it without the bowls. The wifi option makes it so much easier for days that I won't be home til late or when I go out of town. I feed them dry twice a day and wet before bed. If I won't be home, I can send another feeding at the time they'd normally get their wet snack. They don't care wet or dry, as long as it's food. So far, the only thing that I don't like is there's no display on the unit itself, (hence the 4 stars). Even though you have the option for wifi, I think at least having a clock on it would let you know it's at least powered on. There is a small blue light showing it's connected to wifi, but even that's really hard to see since it's so small and you have to basically bend down in front of it to see it. All in all though, I'm very pleased with this feeder and both of my cats are now getting the same amount in each feeding.
