First, received an used, damaged item, found dry flour chunks, black plastic pieces inside, with loud &sharp noise, not working at all, then shipped us another one, the new piece looks decent, but the roller didn’t not rotate, the gear not moving even by hands, we contacted the seller, all they did was sending us the extremely long pre-edited text showing no solution, it felt like I was talking to a st@pid machine, and the issue stillNOT being fixed yet. Overall, the machine don’t have quality, plus horrible service. Don’t bother to buy anything from this seller.
