Can someone give me better instructions on how to make it work. I charged it and pressed the power button but nothing. Only thing it shows is the temp.

Does not work at all. But does keep things cold for a bit. Wish it turned on.

First of all, I would like to start off by saying the quality of the cup is very great, however the quality of the mixer is not so great, and the mixer would not stay in place, even though, it has a place holder magnet at the bottom and the power button is very faulty, honestly if you are think about getting this product I would say give it a try, and even though the mixer is not all that great, I kept it just for the temperature reader which is the best thing about this cup in my honest opinion.

I bought this mostly out of curiosity, but it’s turned out to be surprisingly useful. The stirring mechanism is simple but effective. Just press the button, and it smoothly spins the magnetic stirrer at the bottom to mix everything evenly. It’s great for keeping things like protein powders, creamers, or even hot chocolate fully blended without needing a spoon (or making a mess). Cleaning is easy too—just run some warm water and soap in it and let it stir itself clean. The magnetic piece pops out for deeper cleaning if needed.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this, but it is quite cool, another form of "lazy" but maybe "convenience" is a nicer word lol. So the coffee mug feels great quality, it is a good balanced weight, not too light, but not heavy at all. The handle has a nice feel to it and is a good size to accommodate both small and larger hand sizes. It comes attached to a base, with a metal straw, USB charger, lid that has a straw hole, or you can use the silicone plug that is attached to the lid so you can plug the straw hole if not using the straw which will then make it leak proof. Then of course the little magnetic stirrer which looks like a small capsule that you drop in the bottom and the magnet pulls it to the center and then switched on it just whizzes around stirring whatever is inside. The instructions make it clear to add the water or liquid first and then the powder or whatever is going to be mixed. The mug does switch on very easily by the button at the bottom and lights up blue through a small strip when it is on - I turned it on several times whilst just taking pictures without knowing so it is incredibly sensitive. The bottom is detachable, but I was not able to detach it at this time as I have a deep cut on my thumb so I couldn't press the tabs in for it to release, but I am sure it works and this way you can put other mugs or glasses on the magnetic base, drop in the little magnetic pill-swirler and the mixing will commence.I think it is a great gadget and it is not expensive so I think good value if you want to have something mixed up better than you would do yourself with a spoon.
