I don't know who was lucky enough to get the 5 star version. I got the 1/2 star version. Nothing in the box connects to a regular hose except quick release. The box that comes with it doesn’t sit correctly on quick release hose( or any other? Without weight and something to stabilize the float system, it just twists to the side. I rigged a stabilzer but the thing never really shuts off. The connection on the pool deck side has to be flush with the pool deck otherwise or it isn’t deep enough. With floats at the maximum depth it drips, sputters, and never shuts off completely. A real piece of c**p!
