I ordered 2 units, one of them The seiner is not working it run the water when it emotion your body from far, this unit should run when you put your hand close by

I love the idea of this as I run a daycare and auto on off is great for saving money because there were multiple times the kids would leave water on. However 1 of the two faucet I bought is now dripping with an every 2 sec drip. I have no idea why....It is also the faucet that does not get used as much. I don't see a link to contact seller for any advice either which also brought star rating down.

I’ve installed dozens of Sloan and Zurn commercial hands free faucets. This was an extremely simple installation and unlike the commercial units. To my surprise, you don’t have to search for the sensor sweet spot to activate the flow like you do with Zurns.Many have asked if you can fill a sink without having to keep your hands in front of the sensor. Trade secret , after you activate the flow put a wet washcloth in front of the sensor. It will continue to run until removed or the unit times out!

The faucets turn on with motion, but turn off if your hand moves away. I wish we could turn them off with motion too, like the kitchen faucets. Biggest drawback is that these faucets cannot be left on to run to allow for hot water in winter. Additionally, they keep going on and off so often that it's irritating. Unfortunately, we are going to have to replace all the touchless faucets with regular faucets. :( :( :(

Good detection area, good flow, temp control, and covers three hole setups. Looks good and funtional. Better than others looked at at much lower price. Easy access to change batteries when needed. Overall best bang for the book that we have seen.

I bought this for my 91yo mother, who has trouble remembering to turn off the faucets. I thought this would make it easy for her. It looks quality, and was fairly easy to install, but it did not work at all. The first few times we tested it, it would only run about 2 seconds at a time, which totally confused her. She is slow, and wants the water to run while she soaps and rinses. Then about the 5th time she waved her hand at it, it turned on and stayed on. I couldn't get it to shut off. Exactly the thing I bought it to avoid. The instructions were lousy, with no hints about troubleshooting or changing settings. Enough, I returned it.

I had purchased a different kind before finding this one. This was very easy to install. The only issue I had was with the hoses that came with the faucet. They didn’t match the hoses on my house. Not a deal breaker just had to buy fittings to match
