This took me a little bit to figure out well. It functions well and and accurately. It has been nice to try out and does work really well saving me time. I have this setup for awhile now and it has been doing a great job for me without issues.

I've had several of these machines that I use for packing tape. They work pretty well overall. The main problem I have with them is that they can only use fairly thin tape. They struggle if you are using thicker tapes or more gummy tapes. But your normal packing tape will work just fine. Just keep in mind you will have to clean them every few weeks or they will get gummed up and the tape will start squishing up.

I opened this up and there were loose parts that I still don’t know for sure the purpose of. I think they’re spare parts but I really can’t say for sure. It does seem to function without them, but it’d be nice if the instructions helped out here. Unfortunately, they’re absolutely terrible. Not quite completely worthless, but pretty dang close.The tape dispenser itself is interesting. Once you figure it out it’s really simple in how it works and should be very intuitive to operate. But it’s like it was made to confuse you and seem way more complicated than it actually is. Really, just stick the tape on the feed ramp and it will feed easily and without any drama. Then you can manually work it or set it to various automatically cut lengths. But the digital readout makes it seem very complex and makes no sense really in what it displays. But if you can set aside expectations and common sense on how things should be labeled, you can make it work.And once you do get it working, it works really, really well. I’m glad I invested the time in figuring this out because it does work well and consistently, and rarely does it misfeed which is impressive given how many different types of tape you can put in it.So overall, it’s a great product that has a really bad user interface and poor instructions. If you don’t mind spending some time learning it, it’s the sort of product you’ll be glad you have. If you prefer not to spend the time, you may want to look elsewhere.

Took off a star due to the instructions, but otherwise, I really like this. I have a small business and I use tape a lot. I am also a crafter. This is super handy. I wish I had ordered one sooner.

I was kind of skeptical of this item but I thought I would give it a try. The product arrived and I began to set it up. The instructions were kind of hard to follow at first, but a little studying and it became clear how to load and program the lengths you want. I tested it out on blue painters tape, no problem. Next was some wood working tape that is super tacky. No issues at all. It cuts very clean and you can program it for specific lengths. Trying to cut the wood working tape with scissors is a fail, this machine cut it very nice and clean. So I started trying different tapes, masking tape, scotch tape, aluminum tape, again no issues. My wife is excited to use this for wrapping gifts this year.Once you get the instructions under control, this machine is very good. Saves me time, load the tape you are using and hit start, perfect clean cuts every time. I would highly recommend this product.

I dont know that this kind of tool exist untill i found it here on Amazon and decided to order one. Don't know what to expect with this item cause I have not used such kind of a tool but boy im glad I let my curiosity gets the best out of me decided to get this one. this tape dispenser makes gift wrapping a whole lot of fun! Its like an assistant that is always ready to supply you a consistent amount and size of adhesive tapes when u need it. 100% customizable lenght and size that you can set with just a few push of a buttons and can accomodate several types of adhesive tapes you can use.
