Instead of rolling the carpet and putting it in the box it cam folded up in half then in half again, It took me forever to get the creases out to install this carpet and had an even harder time getting it to stay glued in those areas. SMH. love how the box also says no returns once cut, but the original cuts weren't even straight, how would they know if it was cut or not? looks like a blind kid with a machete did the original cuts. overall quality of the product wasn't half bad, there were no installation tips and tricks or instructions in the box, but you tube has some helpful hints. I gave the product a 2 cause it's day 3 now and im still tring to smooth out the creases. thanks boxing boy!
