Bought this for my dad since he grills all the time. It was perfect for his Blackstone AND his Traeger, super quick installation. The features of it turning off/on when opened/closed, the easy removal to the other location & the level of light this gives off is amazing!! I would recommend to anyone!

We use our Blackstone grill year round… And this little light has been Used quite a bit!It is nice and bright and well built, we’ve had no issues at all. We especially like. The automatic on/off.It is nice and sturdy and a good value for the money.

Our son in law recently got a Bl*ckstone grill and loves to grill on it alllll the time lol So gifting this clip on grill light to him for Xmas was a no brainer! He absolutely loved it and how bright it is and work great on his grill. No more guessing if its done or trying to shine his phone flashlight on it. Get one for yourself or makes the perfect gift for any hard to buy for guy in your life!

Nice lamp works well for my Weber grill. This works and is very simple to get going, no more using my phone flash light to check my steaks, great gadget.

The design of this light sounded great and it appears very well built. It came well packaged and loved that in included batteries. Light output was good and the spread covered the cooking area. My problem was the handle mount is specific to certain models and this light didn't fit my Weber model (SPX-435). However, I think my model is the exception as it has the built in light and batteries in the handle. I just wanted more output and this light seemed to outshine the built in light. I next tried it on my Blackstone and the mount fit and as indicated earlier provided a good coverage of the cooking area.

Now that daylight savings time has taken hold and it's pitch black for like 23 hours of the day, a grill light is vital for winter grilling. This light is perfect for that. It comes with two clamps for the grill handle, one square and one round. Once the clamp is attached to the handle, the light twists on/off the clamp so I can take it inside (thus preserving the batteries). The light is a bright white LED with two brightness settings. I'd describe the light color similar to the 'daylight' LED bulbs they sell (as opposed to the soft white bulbs), so it lights up the grill well. I have a smaller Weber so one light is good for me, but larger grills may benefit from two of these, although I found the light to be sufficient and it appears that it would work find on bigger grills, just with a bit of shadows at the edges.My only beef - which I took a star off for - is the battery compartment. To insert/change the batteries you have to take the cover off the top of the light, then you have to unscrew the battery compartment lid. Why???? The light detaches, so it's the extra lid is superfluous since there's no need to leave it in adverse weather conditions. I think with a little reconfiguring the manufacturer could have eliminated the inner battery lid, making the battery install/removal a lot easier. Other than that, it's still a handy item to have on the grill and I'll get lots of use out of it in these long, dark winter evenings.
