When I did the original install the rails did not seat correctly. I had to put 1/4 inch shims in order for the rails to sit level. I also had to put rubber shims on the back to prevent the rattling sound someone else mentioned. See attached pictures

Very poor quality I should have bought something more durable, The screws did not tighten as needed to be and where stripped. I called 1800 number fir replacement parts but never recieved. Think before you buy !

The braquts doesn’t seat all the way.when I drive sounds like they are loose.the gap is 3/16-to 1/4”. They are ready on and I don’t takeoff I have no time.I very desapoiment .

This was an easy product to install as stated in the description. Three anchors with applicable hardware was included. I got it on with no problem. However, they both rattle. It most certainly could use a fourth anchor to prevent the rattling. I attempted to contact the manufacturer to get additional hardware - no success. On their website, there isn't contact info. Just an email address that doesn't work. I would've rated this higher if I could get a hold of the manufacturer for more hardware.
