Aluminium oil cooler has better heat dissipation performance than stainless steel ones to cool down your vehicle more quickly.

Maintenance

Regularly clean your radiator to prevent clogging that may lower cooling efficiency. Don't mix different brands of coolant.

Note:

1. The radiator cap that has not passed the test can’t release the pressure when it reaches the pressure value.

2. The damaged thermostat is unable to carry out a large cycle, resulting in a continuous increase in the radiator pressure.

3. The radiator fan does not turn, resulting in high temperature in the water tank.

4. Drain the air from the cooling system. Refer to the user manual or repair manual.

5. Please refer to owner's manual to add coolant.

6. Do not open the hood until the steam has subsided.

7. Please stop the vehicle immediately, when “ENGINE OVERHEAT/High Temperature” shows on the dashboard or steam comes out from under the hood.

8. Keep hands and clothing (especially a tie, a scarf) away from the fans and belts. Failure to do so may cause the hands or clothing to be caught.

9. Do not loosen the radiator cap while the engine and radiator are hot.

Item was in perfect condition, although packaging was minimal. I feel I got lucky, it wasn't broken. The radiator did have a small curve, as most reviews are referring to. I easily laid it flatt n bent it back straight with minimal force. Install went smooth, with no leaks. Item is working flawlessly as of now. Definitely worth saving 130$

Part was incorrect for the specified vehicle. Bought for a 2005 Chevy impala 3.8L. This is not correct for this vehicle. Radiator neck is the wrong style. Fan mounting is not correct. No mounts for the condenser. Ended up making it work but am not impressed.

I was worried about the fit due to reviews. But it did fit perfectly. It came with the attachment for the overflow hose busted off. I didn't have the time, nor the patience, to send it back and wait for a new one. So I made it work with some epoxy and JB weld.
