Upper strut bearing is more robust with large surface area for load distributio and in my engineering opinion likely a better design than the original OEM bearing

The shocks have been installed, but their performance is a total disaster. The springs make noises and jump. They should move smoothly.I can't use them and had to order new ones.

But one strut was a different brand was a concern till I installed them, car sits even and rides better so I’m good but would have preferred the same brand on both sides of the car ,meh not that big a deal.
My toes were very cold in like 30 seconds

Id probably look for another brand next time. I just got these because they were some of the. Cheapest i could find. One strut was missing the plastic piece

Shocks are beefy and hold up well. Seem to ride ok. The hardware provided was cheap I’d recommend using the OEM hardware for the top mount bolts
