This arrived in a few days. Opening the box revealed it was packaged very well, no way it could’ve been damaged save for completely crushed. Installed in record time, with everything lining up like a factory part. I would absolutely buy again.

The drain spout on my old one could be turned by hand. I turned the new one and it didn't move, my downfall was not opening it and closing it again. I installed, fit perfectly. Poured in antifreeze, antifreeze everywhere, came out around the valve screw, not out the drain tube. I turned it with plyers, didn't want to go either way, then it turned in a 1/4 turn. But now it just spins, still doesn't go in or out, but the leak stopped. I don't know if after it heats up some day if it will start again or just blow out. I also can't drain it and refill it if I need to replace fluid.

Needed new radiator for husband's vehicle. Price was excellent, didn't want to over pay for a 2003 replacement item. Shipping was fast and we installed it the next afternoon.
