Our Corolla came with a plastic part. The last person to change the oil over tightened it so much we broke it taking it off. Knew there was a chance when we had to go to power tools. The aluminum part is much sturdier and worth the swap.

Even though it says it fits my Prius, it does not. The threads on the metal on are different than the plastic one.

Nice replacement for plastic OEM part.In this case was a 2011 Corolla.

Mechanic said size is slightly off and small ribs near last thread are too high. Had to buy plastic replacement. Really wished it would have worked.
