I purchased these to replace the weak factory fog lamps in my 2005 Ram 1500. The factory fog lamps were so weak, that from the driver's seat, you could barely tell they were on, unless you were in the country woods at night, and even then, you would be better off holding a mag light out the window. These are bright, and you can definitely see the difference in a side by side comparison to the factory halogen fog light. I like that there is an adjustment screw on the top for adjusting the elevation of the beam. They are a major improvement over stock. I would have given 5/5 stars, but there was no instructions or owners manual provided. Removing the factory lamp and installing these into place is pretty straightforward, but you have to figure out how to wire the DRL and turn signal function on your own.I haven't wired the white wires (DRLs) yet, but I plan on using an ATM fuse add-a-circuit tap to fuse #25 (Power Outlet I/P) for a switched power source under the hood to each lamp. The yellow wires (for the turn signal) will need to be spliced into the 18 AWG WT/LG for the Left Turn signal harness and the 18 AWG WT/TN for Right turn signal harness, respectively.

Fog lights were perfect fitment no issues there at all just removed the stock 3 bolts holding the light in removed the old one new one installed and plugged right in, no wiring needed unless if you want the DRL or the switchback turn signal then you would just wire those in but super bright looks good and functions as it needs to can’t beat the price

I really like the lights easy to install if you have some minor electrical understanding of voltage on DC currents. I installed them on my 2008 Dodge ram to replace the old faded lights. And I have to admit they are bright you can turn off your regular driving lights and you can still see just as good if not better!!
