It's brighter than the halogen bulb it replaced while drawing less power. Longevity is to be seen but so far I have high hopes for the product

Put them in as reverse bulbs on ‘16 F-150, very impressed. Backing up into driveway or anywhere at night is much better. A LOT brighter a lot better view vs factory reverse bulbs. You wouldn’t believe the difference it makes switching to led reverse bulb even with factory light housing, glad I did it!

These lightbulbs are very well made! The guy who delivered the pacakage threw the box over the gate to a very curious 2 year old German Shepherd and well the box didn’t hold up. That day it had rained and when I got home from work I saw one bulb laying on the ground, the other someone else picked it up and brought it inside the house. I was worried that they were not going to work so I called customer service about it and yeah they told me call us tomorrow mid day and we’ll fix it for you. I decided to take them to work with me and give them a try and to my shock they actually worked!! I put them on my international semi they’re replacing the old bulbs from the cab side markers! Bad delivery guy but very good quality led bulbs!

Seem to work well for backup lights in my '99 Ranger. I compared one of these to the original incandescent bulbs (LED on left side and standard on right) and I didn't think there was a huge difference in brightness. They are brighter, though, and they are using about a 1/3 of the power to achieve that brightness. That works for me. Only time will tell if they hold up for the long term, but I'll be installing a second set in my F150.
