The overflow tray is too shallow/narrow to hold a cup or mug, so you must hold it while filling. The lights are backward from the faucets - Hot faucet is on the left, and the indicator for the hot is on the right. There is no bottle empty indicator, but the hot and cold lights both blink when the bottle is empty.

Worked great for 2 years. Then out of nowhere, it's leaking from the inside all over our wooden floors. There are troubleshooting videos online for leaks that are completely useless. Would not recommend or buy again.

that the place to put your bottle or cup does not have enough depth to it like our old one. My 82 year old mother cannot operate it so now I have to do it for her. If I could I would return it, Sorry

Worked great for a week and a half. Then it started leaking all over the floor. All the electronics inside were soaked. Wouldn't waste your money.

If you have kids you can turn off hot water, Cold water is super cold and my kids drink more water because of it. When the water jug is empty the dispenser will flash both lights indicating to change the bottle. It does have a night light just in case you need to get water at night. Its really silent. Must by and easy for anyone to load the water jug in there. Best purchase ever.

Unit is small, not enough room for tall glass, power "on" indicating light is always off except when in self cleaning mode then it flashes.

I am a 73yr.senior. My Daughter and Grandchildren surprised me with this amazon delivery.I had no idea and when it was delivered had no idea where to put it.I live in a senior apartment, but this took up very little space.My Granddaughter said that they thought it was time to stop having to bring in those cases of bottled water. It did not take long for the water to cool and also the night light makes it very easy to get water at night.I love it.There was no assembly. They had it packed so well it took me a while to get it out of the box.The delivery driver placed it anywhere that I wanted. I am very pleased with this bottom loader. No lifting anymore water.
