1. The short side is forward;

2. Pinch both sides of the landing gear and align it with the bottom bracket of the Avata 2(as shown in the picture);

3. First buckle the landing gear on one side of the bracket, and then push the other side of the landing gear onto the bracket (as shown);

4. Open the landing gear and start using it.

  • This landing gear is only suitable for DJI Avata 2 drones. (Not suitable for DJI Avata)

  • The package only contains the landing gear, not the drone itself.

I got these to use for uneven ground due to the low profile of the Avata 2. They are well made and easy to install and they do fold up for storage. They do add some weight and drag so flight times will be reduced but the added protection on uneven ground is worth it. They are as described so 4 stars.
