Bought different drone but when I saw them when they arrived they were well built I still would recommend if you have the old Avata

I received this item nice color (red) installed on the avata drone an to me was wide an can't see how it would really protect the gimbal that much, an besides that I wasn't able to put the gimbal cover back on, I believe I would have to sand the top for it to stay on just doesn't fit correctly, if I were you an thinking of buying this gimbal protector I would definitely think twice an I just wanted everyone to know my experience to save you money a havic with this gimbal cover fund something else, heads up on this one

It fits as it should. Only complaint is they didn't leave enough room for the top of the lens cover to fit on nicely. I did find a way to get it to go back on by sliding it in the top part first and then forcing it to cover the rest of the camera. Just make sure the camera is pointed up when doing this in order for it to work. This guard DOES NOT block any of the camera angle and allows me to have my full view with protection. Update 1 Day later. First crash the screws snapped off and the arms went flying. I had better luck with the one that was blocking my view. Also on impact the guard slammed into the avata leaving Knicks
