These phones do not have the text imprinted on the face of the phone to describe what the buttons are for.

My workplace just switched to these phones. What a piece of ####. They can't be used without the stand. Using them with the stand will guarantee you wrist problems. The stand is too tall. A horrible, non-ergonomic design from designers who don't care about customers.The handset/receiver/whatever-you-call it is poorly-designed, too.STAY AWAY.
