These work perfect - this model (SKU 700513634) is for Avaya IP Office/Aura only systems. I apply H323 FW to these so they run in 9611 mode then VPN to PBX. If you are looking for a SIP phone that will work on non-Avaya systems (only non-Avaya) look for SKU 700513636. I learned this the hard way.

Our office uses this phone. It has been difficult to hear customers on the other end and we have to keep asking them to repeat themselves.

Phones are locked to avaya and will not work with ring central!!
