I used this a couple times out in the marsh. The seat is not holding up very well. It’s cracking where there is no support. Also, this thing is heavy. I stopped using it because it was pain is my butt to move through the marsh with.

Honestly very comfortable for not having a backrest, but the price was right for the occasions I'd need it. It works as advertised and is very stable. Used comfortably on longer sits without a padded cushion. My only complaint is it is pretty fiddly setting it up, just takes a bit to get it set just right.

4th time I took the marsh seat out to the duck blind, I heard a pop. The seat had disconnected from the pedestal and from that point was unstable and unsafe. Fortunately I had purchased the Asurion insurance for this product. However, when I went to Asurion, they responded that I had to go to the manufacturer/seller first. When I did that, I was informed that the deadline for going back to the seller was December 1 (I guess that was 30 days from purchase). I'm hoping Asurion will live up to the 3 year guarantee I had purchased, or I will have to write another very dissatisfied review.

This seat is so comfortable sitting in waders in the water/swamp, my old seat was bad about sinking, this one did not sink an inch and I'm 215 pounds. The setup itself is a little uncomfortable carrying on your back a mile walk on your back but it's worth it to not have to be on your knees in the water. The dark green blended in well in a bunch of lily pads (even though you can't see it when sitting on it).

This seat is very solid. Well built, nothing low quality about it. Flaps on bottom of stake are heavy duty and not loose hanging. My first stool of this type but I will never try another brand. Home run on first purchase

This seat is the most comfortable marsh seat I’ve owned. The paddles at the bottom are great there nice a big holds you where you put it!!! A little noisy dragging it through the brush but can’t really complain about that. It is a little heavier then some of my other seats but I’d drag this around anywhere bc of how gosh dang cozy it is 5⭐️
