While they fit in the tubes nice and tight, the inner lip that's supposed to let you pull it out is too small and smooth, so you can't really get these out once they're in, without a lot of wrangling. Had to return them, as my customers will complain about that.If that's not something you worry about, then these are good. They are sturdy and secure.

We ship with shipping tubes daily, and use both the cheapie flimsy ones and these very sturdy ones. Since we staple end caps on, for most shipments we can get away with using lower quality cheap end caps, but for heavier shipments, these sturdier ones are a must, as the others will break with the weight. Highly recommend, our only complaint is the high price: if cheaper, we would use these exclusively.
