These lights work very nicely. Our trailer park is not lite very well.So we decided to help out with that a bit on our lot. We have a corner lot. So we put one on the end of the trailer for when people are walking and my oldest kids car is down at the end so she can see at night if need be. We also put one on the front of our porch. For when coming down our road. It is motion sensor and it works out very well. We are doing our part to light the area up.

This is a review of AVJONE Solar Powered Security Flood Light. The model number is 74 LED. The ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) is B0D2XDSH2M.Installation is easy. The mounting block needs 3 screws, which are supplied. The lamp unit slides onto the mounting block, without the need for screws. As is true with all solar powered devices, the unit must be mounted in direct sunlight. For a small wall lamp, the 74 LEDs put out a nice amount of brightness. The number of lumens is not listed, but my light meter app got a healthy reading of 6355 LUX. The 3 adjustable lamp heads do a reasonable job of spreading the light. The 2400 mAh battery should be able to hold enough spare energy to power the light after a few cloudy days. There is no remote control. Before mounting the light out of reach, press the white power button on the rear of the lamp head. Each press will activate a different lighting mode:1. The light stays off unless the PIR sensor notices activity. The light goes fully bright and stays that way for about 30 seconds after motion stops.2. The light is set to 10% brightness all night. Otherwise, it acts the same as mode 1.3. The light shines at 30% brightness all night, without motion detection.4. The light enters standby mode.5. Resets to mode 1.The impressive full color User Guide has useful information and is easy to read. The unit can stay in place all year. It is rated IP65, meaning that it is waterproof, as well as frost and heat resistant. The manufacturer offers a 1 year warranty. I believe that the device is selling at a reasonable price.

Item: AVJONE Solar Outdoor Lights, 3000LM Super Bright Motion Sensor LightPrice: $ N/A (item not avail. at time of review)When I found this item on Amazon, I believe the price point was just under twenty dollars. And that’s why I ordered it. While seemingly inexpensive for both solar and motion features, it did meet the basics as mentioned on the vendor page. But I would point out that while there are numerous LEDs embedded into three light panels, it is not ‘super bright.’ But it’s sufficient to illuminate an interior room area, or a localized outdoor area. But don’t think of this as a ‘floodlight’ type light unit. I’m actually playing around with it now to see where I might put it to use.The only issue with which I found difficulty was the confusing instruction set. The translation to English definitely could have used an English native-speaker as the technical writer. As best as I could cipher it all out, the mode button on the backside has an electronic OFF mode. And the there are three action modes. In all three modes this light will only illuminate when it’s dark. One mode is ‘motion trips the LEDs at 100% for 30 seconds. Then it shuts off. The next setting is for motion tripping the LEDs at 10% for 30 seconds. And the third mode is a 5-hour constant-on of all LEDs at 20%. But my other issue is that you don’t know where you’re at unless you get into a dark area and run through the button’s options until it shuts off and doesn’t trip. Then you know the next and first action mode is the motion triggering LEDs at 100% for 30-secons.I do feel it was a good value at under the $20 price point. If not available, you might find a near identical item on this vendor page under ‘similar Amazon items.’
