Bought this for my little brother for christmas. I honestly dont know much about the tech part of this product but what I do know is that when this product was delivered, my dog got a hold of it, chewed it, and it spent a day or so out in the snow, and still works great according to my little brother! I would consider that a great value for money!

Don't buy if you are looking for a drive for newer games like Forza Horizon or Microsoft flight sim its doesn't work but it works for old games.

This drive as easy to setup and works great on my XBox S. You do need to understand you can not run any XBox S/X games directly on the HDD. They must be copied to the SSD on the XBox S to be able to run. All other older games run directly on this HDD.

The only issue I could find with it is that series X & S games can be stored but not played from the device so if you have a lot of 360 or Xbox One games it’s perfect but to play series X and S games you would need to move it from the external storage device and reinstall to your system before playing but it’s still a godsend just using it to store all my other games
