Surprisingly very sturdy and well worth the money. Wedges itself between a beam and the floor. Has felt pads underneath so if you need to use it on carpet. Twist to expand like a shower rod to make it as tight as you can get it.

Not sturdy at all i tried cement flooring and tile and it wasnt stayin in place. I was told by ithers to get a board and screw it in my ceiking which defeats the purpose of a traveling pile if i have to screw it. My 120 lbs niece tried it out for me and it moved didnt fall but enough to know it was only good for pictures basically

Easy set up and sturdy, have it set up on carpet and was able to find the beams to screw top part into ceiling.

You get what you pay for with these, I learned the hard way. Not very sturdy, only if you screw it into your ceiling. The only way you can put your full weight on it is if it is permanently mounted to the ceiling & I am only 115lbs. The breaks in the pole hurt as you slide down. It's width around is bigger than the ones in the club.I recently moved and I can't put it up in my new place because it does t extended far enough. The farther you extend it the more wobbly and unsafe in and sturdy it becomes.

It fits well and is light weight for travel, love the bag that comes with it. Very easy to assemble with directions and dvd

I hate to even give this peice of s*** one star! It doesn't work at all. I spent 2 hours trying to install it without drilling so it definitelyrics isn't a portable, quick assembly. Even after I had a builder come and install it into the ceiling, the bottom part will not maintain pressure so it is slipping and skidding all over the place. The joints feel rickety and the top part won't fully snap in. I don't feel secure and it is not fun or safe to dance on. Not worth it! Don't buy this.
