I am very pleased with this awning. Looks great. The only complaint that we have are the screws that came with it kept breaking. We had to buy black stainless steel self drilling screws and they worked like a charm.

We needed something to protect our mini split condenser. Last enter it was caked in snow and ice. Not good. Discovered this sturdy awning. Fairly easy to put together but we did need help to get it in place. The 5ft fit the bill. Time will tell if this will work for us. The design and metal construction will work like a metal roof that houses have and the snow slides right off. So we are feeling confident. I would not get the plexiglass ending because I felt it could crack if a piece of ice fell off the roof onto the awning. The metal is a lot sturdier as well as having solid metal supports vs. plastic. It is both functional and esthetically pleasing. Contractor wanted $1700 to erect a awning support with roofing material. This is under $600 complete it’s all the components needed to install
