These definitely are not that rugged or durable, don't lift weights with them. This would be fine for airsoft; not fit for combat however. These gloves are perfect for driving, or maybe even some mechanical work. The large size fits my hands perfectly, and i am able to text with the gloves on very easily. Good gloves for play and simple work, bad gloves for combat

I have been looking for a good pair of gloves to use at the shooting range and to use during airsoft games so I decided to give these a try. I really like the look of these gloves and I like that the thumb, index finger, and middle finger all have touch screen compatibility. The fabric feels really comfortable and I was surprised to find that I can still feel objects pretty well through the gloves without them feeling too thin. I also was glad to see a little big of extra padding across the knuckles, which will be handy for airsoft games. The fingers seem to articulate really well and don’t feel stiff like some other gloves do.Unfortunately, these gloves also have some noticeable problems. First off, I noticed the left glove seemed to be slightly tighter than the right glove. It is still useable, but is a little tighter fitting. Second, the thumbs are huge!!! There is over a half inch of extra room in the thumbs. I’ve seen a few gloves with overly long thumbs before, but these are longer than them all. Luckily, I was able to turn them inside out and sew a new seem about 1/2 inch lower on the thumb and then cut off the extra material and now they fit much much better! It would also be way better if the thumbs were made with the same material as the rest of the glove instead of the thick, fuzzy material they used on the top side of the thumb. Lastly, I noticed the pinker fingers were much tighter than the other fingers. The left hand pinky is actually tight enough that I think it restricts blood circulation a little bit (and I have skinny fingers). I noticed my left pinky kept getting cold while I was wearing these outside (due to lack of blood circulation), but none of my other fingers were cold. The index, middle and ring fingers seem to fit perfectly. I may try to put something into the pinky fingers to stretch them out and loosen them up a little.Overall, I really like the comfort of the fabric and the way the gloves fit around the index, middle, and ring fingers, but there were some very obvious quality control issues on the thumbs and pinkies. I imagine if I bought another pair of gloves they would fit quite a bit different considering the left and right gloves in this pair were very different from each other.If they were to improve the quality control of these gloves and make the pinkies and thumbs fit properly, I would buy these gloves over and over again because of the comfort of the fabric and the function of the touch screen fabric on the thumb, index and middle fingers. But in their current condition, I wouldn’t recommend buying these unless you are willing to do some sewing to shorten the thumbs and run the risk of having the pinkies too tight.
