I haven't used the silver cord end caps yet, but I did inspect and count them. They seem to be a described. The delivery took longer then typical items on Amazon, but I wasn't in any hurry and fine with the delivery time.

These are not sterling, but are great for leather cord or small necklaces. They are easy to use.
