I dosen't sound like it says it's supposed too and it's just not loud enough it's not worth the money

Literally sounds like DEATH. Best pranking device ever, don't scare your grandma because this seriously might kill her. Sounds like a soul burning in hell, screaming at the top of it's fiery lungs for help that will never come. Tip: have your jaw opened up as much as you can when blowing on the whistle. The whistle utilizes your mouth as a sound chamber, the larger the sound chamber the more wicked it sounds.
