One of the toner cartridges failed shortly after it was installed, but once I reported it to the vendor, they sent me a replacement cartridge immediately and free of charge! I will continue to purchase these toner cartridges with confidence.

I have a Laser Jet Pro MFP M426 few that I have used for years since 2020 through my Tax Preparation, Real Estate, Paraleagel, and Mobile Notary career; being a signing agent, I use a lot of ink and two printers. The other printer is an HP laser Jer Pro MFP m26. The cartridge 26X for my M426 was damaged and caused ink marks on certain spots of my documents. After reaching out to Atech, they replace my cartridge with no issues. I really appreciate something that works with my printer--some of my oldest equipment is often the best and most long-lasting. I print many pages daily. It is important to me to have something that works really well in my printer for a long time--and the price is great. I hope this company never goes out of business. It is a reasonable price, and it gets to my house fast. I order two cartridges or four cartridge packages at a time, so I can always have one waiting, never running out. I love this product.

Needed toner for the office that I work at. We were using a different company but were not happy with them so I decided to go on Amazon and find the toner myself. I found this toner at a great price, I ordered it, and I will admit that I was a little skeptical ordering toner off of a seller on Amazon. My co-worker needed toner so I handed him one of the other toners we had from the other company, he put it in his printer and it was smudging when he printed. So, I went into the box that I bought on Amazon and handed him one of those. He came back and said it printed great. I got a box with 4 toner cartridges and I will definitely buy from them again. It was easy, delivery was fast, and the toner works great.

We have been ordering this item for a couple of years. Although we occasionally get a disappointing cartridge, we feel this product is generally good value.

Use with caution. I've used after marked toner in my printer for years. I've never had a problem until this product. The first cartridge was fine. The second started problems. The toner leaks out into the printer and it was difficult to remove. I started have printer resets and printer jams out of nowhere. Also a black line started showing up at the bottom 1/3 of random pages. I tossed the cartridge before it ran out of toner, and the third cartridge has been fine for about 1,000 pages. Now it is starting to do the same thing. For the price, I guess you just keep an eye out and toss it at the first sign of trouble.

We had received a bad printer cartridge. Out of frustration, I contacted the supplier and asked for a replacement. They send the replacement within days. Easily the best customer service I've received in several years. Great Job people. I will be purchasing from them in the future!
