Creates a horrible grinding sound when used. Cannot use as it is so bad. The box was discarded before installation so we cannot return it, but don't ever buy this!

Has always made a grinding noise but it seemed to work, so I put up with it. Now, toner is flaking off paper, making a huge mess. Would not recommend, going back to genuine HP parts.

It makes grinding sounds before, during and after printing. It smears in on the page.
