More Tips to use with Epoxy Resin:

1) Poured in silicone molds in layers, allowing air bubbles completely escape;

2) To expedite the process of escaping of bubbles and time of solidification of resin, the mold can be a bit warmed up, for example, heat the oven to 80°C, turn off, ventilate it a little and put mold, filled with resin in the oven.

3) Follow resin instruction for the time need to cure, measure and mix resin properly. It does not mean it has been cured if it is hard.

4) Do not use water-base ink for resin casting.

5) After baking clay / resin in complex or deep molds release the finished product under running water with soap.

6) Put in refrigerator a while/ soak in hot water a while/ release with baby oil if it is hard to release.

I really like this mould kit, but the parts are really very small. I found sticking everything together very fiddly but it's nice when done.

While the set is okay the main reason I bought this was for the smaller sleeping dragon. The one you have to piece together is not as nice. Also this is the 2nd time I have purchased and the mold for the egg is a lot smaller and the dragons no longer fit inside the egg. I don't know why they changed it but just know they don't site in the egg now.

Very cute mold and it's made with good silicone. The company is also very quick to answer any questions you may have regarding their products.

Sind etwas klein größer wäre besser da es beim ausformen leicht brechen kann

Works great for chocolate work!Using powdered food dye you can embellish and decorate your Little dragons customizing each one!My daughter and I had a lot of fun making these three-dimensional dragons out of white chocolate for her birthday party.

I have a story about the dragon and this mold was so beautiful. I used a marble type baking clay so to have the baby dragon come out alive.I have written and drew the story about the baby dragon hoping to get it published. The dragon will be included with the book.

These turn out great! I only wish I could get them separately because I tend to use one more than the other and it wares out faster. Everyone loves both of these little dragons!

The sleeping is less labor intensive. You just paint mica powder in the mold, pour clear, and they come out great.The 3D takes patience and time but works impressively well. There are even indents for the arms, legs and wings. A dab of uv resin and 60 second cure and he's built - do not overfill the mold or they won't line up.The bowl is deceiving in that you expect more resin to be needed. But it is just a quarter of an inch thick - perfect for UV resin. So easy to demold and clean. I recommend using inks instead of mica powder to get an even color. My first bowl came out wrong but that was just me getting to understand the mold and being impatient (demold before fully curing)I used UV resin, let's resin brand, for all the molds and cured 160's both back and front. Did an extra 160s for ink mix.Demolds easily.
