It was packages really good but still came damaged. Other than that looks good work for nativity under my tree. The little baby Jesus has eye lashes makes his eyes look real.

I didn't realize that this figure does not come with a manger. My mistake, maybe? My main issue is that his face is a bit too "made up" for my liking, and by that I mean it looks like he's wearing false eyelashes. I generally like the level of detail, though and he feels like a quality piece.

What we love: The eyelashes in this doll give it a very human-like appearance that, typically, is only found in much bigger dolls. The item is, clearly, handmade by artisan hands —this is not the typical Chinese-made figurine and, as such, every doll seems to vary to a certain degree.What we liked: The size was exactly what we needed. The doll came very nicely packed to prevent it from breaking during delivery. We highly suggest keeping this box so that your SBJ may last for years to come.What we wish we knew: The ad description is misleading as it stated that the Baby Jesus doll came IN a manger —sadly, when we received the doll there was no manger to be found and we had to purchase a manger on our own.In conclusion, we do recommend this doll if you are in the hunt for a Baby Jesus for your nativity set. The price is right and the artisan work means you will get a one-of-its-kind piece that will be your very own.

My baby Jesus looks as pictured in the image - including the kind of alarming eyelashes. However, the description is not accurate as it did not come with the manger. It is just the Jesus doll.
