For covering a changing table, or to keep changing area clean and dry. Outside is cute woven nylon or polyester cloud, star, moon print but grey inside is a cheap PVC or plastic material that does not look durable and reminds me of a car windshield shade, not what you’d want against your babies skin. I will definitely cover the grey side with a cloth if I use it. Velcro strap to keep it closed when folded. Package does not indicate fabric type, but you could not machine wash this. “Padded” head area is not much thicker than the rest of the pad.
