With a granddaughter on the way, we were thrilled to have a unique keepsake to commemorate the occasion. The inclusion of a sonogram picture frame adds a personal touch and is a heartwarming addition to the traditional guest book concept. The overall design is charming and fitting for a baby shower. However, my only hiccup was the four pieces of plastic included in the package. Initially puzzled, I found their purpose after stumbling upon a video online. It would be immensely helpful if clear instructions were provided, as not everyone may intuitively understand their function. Despite the minor confusion, the result is worth it. I got this for my daughter's upcoming baby shower and she loves it! I can't wait to put it out for guests to sign and for them to see the ultrasound photo of her baby boy. The frame is well made and the sign is adorable with the "Welcome Little One!" message, the elephant and the balloons.I think the only thing I might change is the Plexiglas. I might switch that out for glass before giving it to my daughter when it's all finished, just to make it a little nicer. Also, the directions say to only use the pens that come with the frame to be sure that the signatures don't fade or smear. But I saw mentioned in another review that the dark ink on the darker colored balloons is a little hard to read and they suggested maybe silver ink pens. That sounds like a good idea, and I think I might do that.But overall, I think this is an excellent alternative to a guest book for a baby shower. Fantastic idea for the hostess or a great gift idea!

I loved the look and the idea of this. We added it to our nursery after having our family members sign the balloons with either just their name or a short message to our little one. The only thing is that the darker blue balloon was harder to read with the pen provided. I think using a pastel marker, "the chalk" or even metallic pens would be better. Or if they made the balloons pastel to highlight the message. Otherwise, it's so cute.

The Poster Board/White Board type of sign-in/wish baby well item is large, easy for guests to sign on a balloon, or anywhere on the picture. It can be later displayed on a shelf using the back-stand, or hung on a wall. This will make a really cute wall hanging for the new baby's room. It comes with two pens for the guests to use while writing a note. Great idea!
