Works as shown. I kind of wish I would’ve found this much sooner. My stroller has small seats where the child sits, it would be fine if I had small rump kids but mine are big, like off the charts large. This works great to help with my issue of the crotch strap digging into my baby/toddler to hold him in.

This can fit many types of strollers. It has multiple Velcro straps that you can adjust to your liking. It’s such a sturdy material, it doesn’t bend or sag. I was fully expecting a piece of cardboard but it’s much stronger than that. I got it for long trips so toddler can lay back and take naps, worked perfect!
