Size 0 is what I got for my 6mo old. They are 3.75 inches in the outside. Her foot is exactly 3 inches. She does have incredibly small feet! This is the smallest size I can find in any shoe. They are soft and flexible. They are crib shoes so cannot be walked in and have no grip. They are well made and perfect for pageants, christening, church, or any event.

So precious! I ordered a size 0 for my 3.5 month old following previous reviews of these shoes running large-they fit with room to spare. Really beautiful shoes but would recommend sizing down!

They were so beautiful! Snug but baby need to put her feet flat on a surface to put on, baby kept arching her feet lol!

Shoes are very nice quality and adorable, but beware of the sizing chart as in ... polo's sizing chart. I ordered the size 0 (0-6weeks) and my baby is 3months and 1 week old. She has a skinny foot, but the size 0 fit her perfectly with room to grow.

The cutest lit'l shoes !!! Great quality and fit, a true white ... My daughter wore them for her baptism and received many compliments... The bows came untied a few times but not a big deal ... Highly recommend !!!
