  • Replacement Parent unit for Babysense HDS2 Video Baby Monitor. Will not work with any other model.
  • Requires HDS2 Camera Unit (NOT SUPPLIED) to operate. Will not work on its own.
  • In case you are experiencing any connection, pairing, screen or battery issues, please Reset the Parent Unit by pressing the RESET button, located at the back of the Parent Unit, under the stand.
  • If you are experiencing any sound-related issues, please follow these steps: Ensure you have the Babysense HDS2 Parent Unit and Camera Unit (No other models are compatible or interchangeable). Check if the VOX function is on, which could enter the unit into standby mode if no sounds are registered. Perform the pairing procedure as shown on “Pairing Process Slide”. Reset the Parent Unit as shown on “Unit Reset Process” Slide. Contact Babysense Support for assistance.
  • Please note that it is not possible to connect two parent units to one camera - Only one parent unit can be connected


This product is a replacement parent unit for Babysense HDS2 Video Baby Monitor. This product requires additional HDS2 Camera Unit (NOT Supplied) and it will not work on its own. Will not work with any other model. Please note It is not possible to connect two parent units to one camera - Only one parent unit can be connected!!! Original Replacement part by Babysense. Read instructions before use. PAIRING PROCESS: To pair your parent unit to a camera, follow the procedure below: NOTE: Before you begin pairing, make sure to have the HDS2 Camera and this Parent Unit side by side and turned on. Press MENU button to access the menu, choose Camera Icon and press PAIR option. Navigate with arrows to select the camera you want to pair. Press and hold the "PAIR" button at the bottom of the Camera unit the pairing is sucessful. Pres "EXIT" button to exit the menu. In case that the unit turns off, please check the VOX settings in the Menu.

Babysense has amazing customer service! My parent unit stopped charging so I contacted customer service, sent them the invoice and a video of the problem and I had a replacement unit in my hands within 2 days. Incredible!

We were surprised with twins and this camera has been a lifesaver. The dual cameras are easy to setup to the monitor and easy to use once setup.The original handset stopped charging after a few months, but I contacted the Babysense customer support and they sent me a new handset within a few days! Very prompt responses and always very courteous. It is a huge relief to have a company that backs their products like this. I'm confident they'll have my back if we have any other issues.

We love this monitor. We’ve had it since our twins were born. The picture is super clear and I love the temperature gauge.Unfortunately our parent unit volume stopped working, but the customer service is top-notch and the company was very helpful and quick to send us a new one. Super grateful for great customer service!

A great monitor! After over a year of having this monitor set, my son broke our monitor. I ordered a new one and received it the next day. Unfortunately, the new unit wouldn’t turn on so I contacted customer service. They got back to me right away and sent out a replacement! I recommend BabySense to all my new parent friends!

Edit: I am editing to add that customer service was great. They reached out due to the reoccurring issues and replaced the monitor with a newer system with an upgraded charging port. The new system is super nice. I love the split camera of this system and the clarity! The volume and sound work great for us too. Thank you for fixing the charging port issue.As others have mentioned this is a great camera when it works. We have gone through 3 of these monitors in less than a year and each one of them breaks. The charging port is so fragile that it breaks and it’s impossible to fix. I wish that they would fix the charging port as the camera and dual picture is so nice. I personally haven’t had issues with the antenna or connectivity. The sound has been really great too!

Okay I LOVE this baby monitor. Love that it can have up to four cameras, doesn't use wifi, and has so many great "extras". It has temperature settings and alerts, lullabies, and white noise all built in. I have twins and so being able to pair up to 4 monitors is GREAT. It is also so easy to take with us on trips to monitor the little ones. Definitely recommend. The company is also so great to work with and helped me fix an issue I had. The package even comes with a QR code on a magnet for quick access. Definitely recommend.

We’ve been through two monitors in two years. We spent a lot on this product because we thought it would last. Waste of money. The monitor we bought six months ago won’t even hold a charge now.
